Kathleen Good
I'm a writer, designer, and part-time lecturer in Art & Design based in Glasgow, Scotland.
As a writer, I'm currently working on my first novel, a supernatural thriller for young adults. I also write features and articles which have been published in The Scots Magazine, Scottish Home and Country, and The Scottish Daily Mail.
Trained in Printed Textile Design at Glasgow School of Art, I have experience as a freelance designer illustrating for the greeting card industry, and designing home accessory and giftware collections. I also design and make jewellery. My work has sold in designer outlets across the UK, including Harvey Nichols, London.
In my role as a lecturer, I have taught art, design and crafts to both adults and children, covering a wide range of subjects.
As well as covering topics in areas of my professional expertise, I also enjoy writing about Scottish travel and history, books, gardening, and making natural beauty products.
